This Non-Refundable Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Exotic Royalties Children's Carnival Troupe ("we," "our," "us") are non-refundable. By registering your child for our events, you (the "Guardian") acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

2. General Non-Refundable Clause

All payments made for registration, costumes, accessories, participation packages, and related fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to participant withdrawal, no-show, or disqualification due to code of conduct violations.

3. Event Postponement

In the event of a postponement due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, public safety concerns, or force majeure events), registrations will be honored for the rescheduled date.

Payments will not be refunded if the event is postponed. No alternative compensation will be provided.

4. Event Cancellation

If Exotic Royalties Children's Carnival Troupe cancels an event entirely (without rescheduling), participants may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred by the troupe.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of Exotic Royalties and communicated to guardians accordingly.

5. Participant Withdrawal

If a participant withdraws from the event for any reason after registration, no refunds will be issued.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or dissatisfaction with the event.

6. Costume and Package Fees

Payments for costumes, accessories, and participation packages are non-refundable once production or procurement has begun.

If a participant does not attend the event, the Guardian may collect any paid-for costumes or items, provided the full balance has been settled.

7. Special Circumstances

Requests for exceptions to this Non-Refundable Policy must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Exotic Royalties reserves the right to review such requests on a case-by-case basis; however, approval is not guaranteed.

8. Acknowledgment

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Policy. It is your responsibility to review the policy before making any payments.
